Happy Easter! Last night a couple of my friends and I had a little craft night.  These are the Easter Eggs they dyed.  I hadn't really thought about dyeing Easter eggs this year but now I think I might.  I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter Holiday. ...

As previously stated, I am taking an online Indie Business class.  I love it and so far it has been really fun and helpful.  Our second project was to make an inspiration board.  The purpose of this inspiration board is to basically organize your inspiration and choose a style that fits your business.  Although the details of said business are not ironed out yet, I gave it a shot. The really cute Return Address/Post To labels are from the lovely blog Creature Comforts.  The fun decorative tape...

I am taking an online business class and I am really stoked about it.  Indie Business 2.o focuses on "Starting, Surviving and Succeeding in small business."  Our class is taught by Leigh-Ann of Freckled Nest, Elsie of Red Velvet Art and Jill of Lune Vintage. In order to get to know the other students in the class, one of the students suggested in our class forum to post a 5 things list.  I agree with her. 5 Things I am looking forward...

I know Valentine's Day has passed but I couldn't resist posting these cute Valentine's I made for friends. For this Valentine I used a Martha Stewart edge punch to create the lace look on the valentine.  I made the envelope from this cute love paper that I downloaded from Paper Crave for free and the label is also a free download from Creature Comforts.  I love free printables!  I actually found both of these a while back and was...

This weekend, my best friend and favorite craft buddy Nikki and I made heart shaped crayons.  This project was so easy and fun to make.  I have a little niece who will love these for Valentine's Day.  They are perfect for little hands. Supplies Needed: Crayons (Old broken ones work the best) Mold of some sort.  We purchased this silicone one at Wal-Mart and it worked perfectly.  I suggest using a silicone one because it is easier to pop them out of the mold once they harden. Put your mold onto...
